I meal plan on Wednesday because Tuesday is when the ads come out for my local grocery stores. Use what day works best for you.
I’ve always loved the idea of meal planning. When I’m consistent with it, dinner time goes so much smoother. Why do I keep waffling on it? Too much going on and lack of focus, I think. But now with a toddler in the house, anything that makes my day smoother is much needed.
Now on to this week’s Meal Plan…
Wednesday: Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli
Thursday: Enchiladas, Rice, Beans
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Philly Cheese Steak Sloppy Joes
Sunday: Goulash
Monday: Roast, Macaroni and Cheese, Green Beans
Tuesday: Ribs, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans
