When meal planning, remember it can be more of a guide. It’s to help you not stress you.
My meal plan starts on Wednesday because the ads for my local grocery stores come out on Tuesday. Use what day works best for you.
Wednesday: Smoky Grilled Chicken with Green Beans and Seasoned and Buttered Microwave Potatoes
Thursday: Instant Pot Ham-Fried Rice with peas and carrots
Friday: Pizza: One Three Meat (sausage, pepperoni, ham), One Garlic Chicken (Y’all this Garlic Chicken Pizza was SO DELICIOUS that we have it on a regular basis! Don’t be surprised when seeing me add it all the time.)
Saturday: Leftovers or TBD
Sunday: Country Style Ribs with Potato Salad
Monday: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Tuesday: Korean Beef with Rice and Broccoli
