When meal planning, remember it can be more of a guide. It’s to help you not stress you. You’ll notice I often make one-pot meals. That way it’s easy on the cooking as well as the cleanup, and the veggies are mixed in already. Which sometimes tricks the young one and sometimes it does not. Haha.
My meal plan starts on Wednesday because I plan a week at a time, and the ads for my local grocery stores come out on Tuesday. Use what day works best for you.
Wednesday: Asian Beef Ramen Casserole
Thursday: Goulash using Penne Pasta
Friday: Pizza Takeout
Saturday: Cucumber Chicken Croissants for National Croissant Day with Chips
Sunday: Crispy Baked Chicken Leg Quarters with Baked Beans
Monday: Goulash Leftovers with Cheesy Garlic Biscuits
Tuesday: Mexican Tater Tot Casserole for National Tater Tot Day
