When meal planning, remember it can be more of a guide. It’s to help you not stress you. You’ll notice I often make one-pot meals. That way it’s easy on the cooking as well as the clean up, and the veggies are mixed in already. Which sometimes tricks the young one and sometimes it does not. Haha.
My meal plan starts on Wednesday because I plan a week at a time, and the ads for my local grocery stores come out on Tuesday. Use what day works best for you.
Wednesday: Rice and Gravy
Thursday: Tuna Casserole
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Fried Chicken, Rice-a-Roni, Roasted California Blend Vegetables
Sunday: Slow Cooker Lasagna
Monday: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Tuesday: Enchiladas with Rice
