One of Andrew’s assignments for Cub Scouts this week was to help plan a week of meals as part of the Fitness badge requirement. We had a great time discussing options and deciding together what to make this week. This just might become a regular thing! Also, since it was a “Fitness” requirement, we discussed options as it would pertain to our health. And while not everything on the menu is the healthiest of options, we discussed what and why.
