This week’s menu is all about using what we have on hand because there’s no more money until next week. So I don’t want to have to buy anything else if at all possible. I wish my Dining on a Dime Cookbook wasn’t still in storage! I really need to find it. I love that book for quick, easy, and affordable meals.
