This week’s menu is about cutting the carbs again. I lost a good bit of weight when I did it before. I’ve been slacking though. Big time. Partially because my boyfriend moved in with me in October, and I wasn’t sure how he’d feel about the strict low carb eating. But I feel so much better when I’m eating that way, so I’m going to ease us back into it. I usually keep some instant rice and instant potatoes on hand for when Andrew wants more than the low carb, but usually he doesn’t want it. I’ll just do that for the boyfriend until we see how he feels about it. :D
