For many reasons that I’m not ready to go into, I’m on the track to healthy eating. The few times I’ve done this menu planning thing, I found it easier to not only eat healthier, but to not be tempted to eat out. So here I go, trying this again.
Monday: French Dip Sandwiches
Tuesday: Macaroni and Cheese with Hamburgers
Wednesday: Chicken Enchiladas
Thursday: Beans
Friday: Chili
Saturday: Leftovers
Sunday: Chicken with Stuffing
