The Easy Creamy Spicy Beef Enchiladas via this recipe were awesome! I messed up a little on the directions because I skimmed them more than reading them, but Andrew and I agreed that they were great. The step I missed was I was supposed to put half the green chilies in meat and half in the soup mix. I put the whole can in the meat so didn’t have any for the soup mix. We topped them with a little taco sauce too. I think next time I’m going to try adding a can of green enchilada sauce to the soup mix.
